How it works

  1. Sit in front of a window when it rains. Watch how the raindrops run down. Which drop is the fastest? Which is the slowest?

  2. Stretch your hands or arm outside and feel how the drops fall on you. Is it a gentle tickle? A little thump?

  3. Close your eyes and listen to the sound of the rain. Does it sound like a soft whisper or a strong clap?

  4. Imagine you are a raindrop. Where would you come from and where would you go? Do you glide gently down the window or jump from one leaf to another?

  5. Take a deep breath and imagine you are taking in the fresh, cool rain air. As you exhale, imagine sending little raindrops back into the world.

  6. Thank the raindrops for the wet adventure and for the life they bring to the earth.
