How it works

Choose small items that you want to put inside the party popper. These can be colorful confetti, small candies, or even handwritten wishes for the new year. Think about what will make the person opening the popper happy.
Cut the toilet paper roll in half with scissors so that you have two shorter pieces. Place the two halves together so they look like a complete roll again. This technique will make it easier for your party popper to open later.
