Frozen Grapes, Your Quick Ice Snack.
Sometimes you just need something quick. No time for waiting, no mess, no molds? Then try this simple ice trick: Frozen grapes! They are small, crunchy, sweet, and turn into little ice candies in the freezer. Just like that. No added sugar, no mess. Just you, your freezer, and some grapes.
What you'll need
- Grapes
- Freezer container
- Freezer
- Bowl
How it works
-
Pick a handful of grapes, green, red, or mixed, however you like. Rinse them under cold water and rub them a bit with your fingers. Then dry them with a kitchen towel.
-
Take a freezer container or a small tray to place the grapes on. Some like them halved, which helps them freeze faster.
-
Now put your container in the freezer for a few hours. Overnight is best. If you're impatient: After 3-4 hours, you can check. Are they frozen? Then it's ice time!
-
Take the grapes out of the freezer. You can eat them directly from the container or transfer some to a bowl so you can grab them easily. Perfect for when it’s just too warm.
-
Frozen grapes are not only delicious but also much better for your teeth. Sometimes you don't need sweets at all. Just an idea, a little time, and fruit you already have at home. Enjoy chilling & crunching!
