Mmmh… can you smell that? Cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla just like at the Christmas market! This time, you’ll make the candied almonds yourself. It’s super easy in the air fryer. The sugar melts, bubbles, and sticks to the almonds. You watch closely, stir occasionally, and see them slowly turn golden brown. You’ll learn how things change with heat, almost like magic! You’ll need a bit of patience, but it’s worth the wait. When they cool down, they become crispy and sweet. And the best part is, you can give them away or enjoy them yourself. No air fryer? Then try the recipe for “Candied Almonds from the Pan” in the Grubenfuchs app; it works just as well and smells just as delicious!
