Want to see something super cool? In winter, when it's really cold, you can experience real magic – with soap bubbles! Instead of just popping, they freeze and turn into sparkling ice bubbles. How awesome is that?

How it works

You need a soap bubble solution. You can buy ready-made or mix your own with water, dish soap, and a bit of glue for extra strong bubbles!
Find a place where it's really, really cold! Below -10 degrees Celsius would be super cool! A windless day is ideal. If it's too windy, the bubbles will pop before they can freeze.
Dip your wand into the soap bubble solution. Instead of blowing the bubbles into the air, try gently blowing them onto a cold surface.
Watch as the soap bubbles freeze and turn into sparkling, frosty artworks. They create incredible patterns! Each bubble becomes a unique snow crystal.
Try different techniques. How does the bubble change when you blow it into the air compared to on the ground? Have fun experimenting and marveling.
