Children have the right to live, be healthy, and grow in everything they do. Imagine you are like plants that want to grow and become stronger. You have the right to be happy, learn new things, and make your dreams come true.

What you'll need

  • Vegetables and fruits
  • Child-safe knife
  • Paper and pens

How it works

  1. Every day you can discover and learn something new. Try to do one small thing each day that makes you happy and helps you grow. For example, you can draw a small picture or write a sentence about what made you happy or what you learned.

  2. Your body is important, so make sure to eat well, move a lot, and get enough sleep. This helps you stay healthy. Make a healthy snack together with your parents. Choose different fruits and vegetables and cut them into fun shapes.

  3. Have fun and follow your dreams! Find out what you really enjoy and what you like to do. Don't worry if it's sometimes hard. Work on making your dreams come true and don't give up. Draw a picture of your talents and interests.

  4. Go to school and learn something new every day. Ask your teachers if you don't understand something, and share your knowledge with others. Learn outside of school too, for example through books or trips. Pick a topic that interests you and read a book about it.

  5. Be proud of what you achieve! No matter how small or big your successes are, celebrate them and share your joy with others. Support each other and be good friends. Put on a little show. Everyone can show something they are good at, whether it's singing, dancing, or something creative.

  6. Remember that all children have the same right to live and develop. Be kind to others and help them when they need it. Share your toys or donate clothes to help other children.

  7. Sometimes we see a child who is sad or has problems. You can help by being there for the child and standing up for them. Seek support from your teacher or a trusted person. Together we can make a difference!
