Ice Chunk Soccer. Kicking in Winter
Imagine you're outside in winter. It's cold, the puddles are frozen, and everywhere the ice sparkles. Then you discover an ice chunk. A winter soccer ball. You nudge it, and it slides away. Now you can play. You set goals, pass to someone, or come up with little tasks. This keeps you moving and trains your balance. You talk with others, make fair rules, and see how well teamwork works. Sometimes the ice chunk breaks. Then you find a new one and keep trying. This turns a walk into a game. Time flies, you laugh a lot, and feel strong. And you realize: nature can be your best playground, even in winter.
What you'll need
- Warm clothing
- Sturdy shoes
- An ice chunk
- A safe path without cars
How it works
-
Look for a solid ice chunk on your way. It should not be sharp or pointy.
-
Gently nudge the ice chunk with your foot. Test how far it slides. You need to feel it, not use force.
-
Pass the ice chunk to each other. Count how many passes you can make in a row. Talk to each other and stay fair. If it breaks, just find a new one.
-
