Hide and Seek Sardines is a fun group game for indoors or outdoors. No materials needed. Filled with excitement, laughter, and quiet moments. One person hides. Everyone else counts. And then it begins: Search quietly. But when you find the hidden player, you don’t shout 'Found!'. You simply sit down next to them. Still as a sardine. Gradually, the space gets tighter. And funnier. And warmer. The last one searching quickly realizes: Something is off here...
How it works

One child is chosen and gets to hide first. Everyone else closes their eyes and counts to 30. Slowly and loudly, so there’s enough time to hide.

The search begins. Everyone searches individually, without calling out or laughing. Just with their eyes. Whoever finds the hidden player says nothing, but quietly sits down next to them. Without drawing attention. More and more children discover the spot. And sit down quietly.

The last child searches alone. They wonder: Where did everyone suddenly go? Once they find the child and everyone else, they get to hide next! So: Eyes open, smiles on, round two is waiting!
