Courage is Good
Hey, adventurers! Each of us has that special spark within us – that's our courage! But what exactly is courage and why is it so important?
How it works
-
Have you ever seen a lion roar? That's courage! But you don't have to roar to be brave. Courage also means facing things that are new or a little scary.
-
Do you remember the first time you rode a bike without training wheels? That tingly feeling in your stomach? That was your courage saying, "You can do it!"
-
When you help your friend get back up after a fall or welcome someone new in class, you show courage too. Courage also means being there for others.
-
Everyone has fears. Even superheroes get scared sometimes! But what makes them super is that they are brave despite their fears. So the next time you're nervous, remember it's okay. Take a deep breath and let your courage shine!
-
Every time you're brave, your "courage muscle" grows a little more. And guess what? We all have that muscle. So celebrate your brave moments, no matter how big or small they are!
-
Don't forget! Courage isn't about not being afraid, but doing the right thing even when you're scared. You're all brave in your own way, every day!
