Treasure Hunt in an Egg Carton
Today we embark on a special adventure in nature. Grab an egg carton as your treasure chest and choose one of the following templates: The first asks you to find special items like an empty snail shell, a feather, or a leaf. The second sends you out to discover something soft, something beautiful, and something hard. The third template is about collecting a corresponding number of items from 1 to 10. No matter which template you choose, be creative and have fun filling your egg carton with exciting treasures!

How it works
-
Choose one of the three templates. Take the template and glue it to the inside lid of your egg carton. This way, you can quickly check what you still need to find during your search.
-
Now it’s time to head into nature! With your treasure chest in hand, look for little treasures. Every time you find something, place it in a compartment of the egg carton.
-
Take a close look at your collected treasures. What did you find? Talk about why you chose these items and what makes them special.
-
The treasure hunt is fun and helps you to observe closely and discover new things. So, have fun and let’s go! Who knows what treasures you will find next!
