As school superheroes, you have a special mission - Operation Kindness Flash! Your task is to make the school an even friendlier and safer place by fighting bullying.

How it works

  1. Every superhero needs an identity! Come up with a superhero name and draw a picture of yourself as a superhero. Think about what superpowers you want to have. Maybe you have the power to always stay positive.

  2. Keep a "Kindness Diary" for a week. Write down a kind act you did each day. It can be as simple as giving someone a compliment or helping someone carry their books.

  3. Create an "I-Am-Strong" mantra. This is a phrase you can say to yourself when you feel sad or unsure. It could be something like "I am strong, I am brave, and I can do anything!"

  4. Make a "Feelings Puzzle". Draw different faces with various emotions on a piece of paper and let other kids name them. This helps you understand and respect others' feelings better.

  5. Come up with a "Kindness Flash". This is a special kind act you do for someone who really needs it. Maybe you can keep someone who feels lonely company or draw a picture for someone who is sad to cheer them up.

  6. At the end of the week, meet with your class and share your experiences and what you've learned. Maybe you can even do a little presentation to show how you, as superheroes, are making the school a friendlier place!

  7. Use your superpowers to spread kindness and stop bullying! Be the school superheroes you want to be!
