The game 'Hot Seat' is a really cool game that shows you how to focus really well on something, even when a lot is happening around you. You'll learn not to get distracted and have a lot of fun while doing it. Are you ready to become real concentration masters?

What you'll need

Chair
Various tasks

How it works

Find a chair and place it in the middle of the room. This chair is now the 'Hot Seat'. Only the person sitting on it can complete their task.
Come up with a simple task that can be completed in 1-2 minutes. This could be something like solving a small puzzle, doing math problems, copying words, or drawing a picture.
One child is chosen to complete the task. This child sits on the 'Hot Seat' and receives the task.
While the child on the 'Hot Seat' is working on their task, the others try to distract them in a friendly and funny way – of course, without touching or disturbing them. You can make faces, funny noises, or tell silly stories.
The big challenge for the child on the 'Hot Seat' is to not get distracted and to complete the task as well as possible.
Once the time is up or the task is completed, you switch. Another child comes to the 'Hot Seat' and gets a new task.
With this game, you'll learn to concentrate even in funny or crazy situations. So, who dares to take the 'Hot Seat' next?
