How it works

First, someone needs to choose who will control the music. This person is the DJ and has control over the music. They can decide when the music starts and stops.
Once the music begins, everyone starts dancing. You can hop, spin, wiggle – anything you can think of! Be creative and have fun.
The DJ stops the music at a random time. When the music stops, you must freeze immediately and cannot move. Hold your poses as still as possible!
Anyone who moves after the music has stopped is out of the game. The DJ and maybe other helpers watch to ensure everyone plays fairly.
The music starts and stops repeatedly until only one person is left. That person is the winner of Freeze Dance!
It's not about who dances the best or who wins in the end, but about having a good time together. So, let's turn up the music, dance, and see who can make the best statue when the music stops. Be ready to move and then stand completely still – freeze!
