Did you know you can bring real mummies to life in your own kitchen? But don't worry, these mummies aren't scary, they're super tasty! With puff pastry, sausages, and fun candy eyes, you can create your own mummies for Halloween.

What you'll need

1 sheet of puff pastry
1-2 jars of sausages
Candy eyes or
Mayonnaise and ketchup
Pizza cutter

How it works

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into thin strips. Wrap the strips around the sausages so they look like little mummies.
Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the puff pastry package. Place the mummies on a baking sheet and put them in the oven. Bake until golden brown.
Once the mummies have cooled, stick on the candy eyes. Tip: A small dab of mayonnaise or ketchup helps to secure the eyes. Your spooky puff pastry mummies are ready! Enjoy and have fun scaring!
