Edible Flowers! Made from Tomato and Mozzarella
You will turn a small tomato into an edible flower. Carefully cut the top of the tomato, open it a little, and place a mozzarella ball in the center. It will look like a flower with a white heart. If you like, you can put everything on a wooden skewer. And with a piece of spring onion, it even looks like a green stem. The result: a flower you can eat. - Cocktail tomatoes
- Small mozzarella balls
- Spring onions (if you want)
- Wooden skewers
- A knife for cutting the tomatoes

How it works

Carefully cut a tomato. But be careful! Don't cut all the way through! Just deep enough so the tomato opens a little, like a flower. Now take a small mozzarella ball. Gently place it in the center of the tomato flower.

Now you need a wooden skewer. Insert the skewer into the closed side at the bottom. The tomato flower stays on top. Now everything holds together. If you want, you can make a stem from a piece of spring onion for your flower.
